The PMO sent the following message late last night after another unauthorized e-mail was sent out via the PM’s listserv. The second one suggested that the Prime Minister’s recognition of Kosovo as an independent nation would justify a sovereign Quebec.

Though the ceremony may be lousy, Alec Baldwin won best actor in a comedy series!!! Well deserved!!! I think it’s the episode above that did the trick!
